Dr. Roberta Dosh
Dr. Roberta Dosh joined Pineview Dental in January 2025, bringing her over three decades of dental expertise. She graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1993, completed a residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in 1994, and has accumulated hundreds of hours of continuing education throughout her career.
After establishing her solo practice in Burtonsville, Maryland, in 1994, Dr. Dosh dedicated herself to providing exceptional care until selling it in 2021. Though now enjoying a part-time schedule, her commitment to dentistry remains steadfast. What draws Dr. Dosh to the profession is the immediate impact she can make—patients often arrive with a problem and leave with a solution. For Dr. Dosh, dentistry perfectly combines technical skills with the deeply human elements of compassionate listening and care.
What she values most about her years in practice are the meaningful relationships cultivated with patients, built on trust and friendship. This patient-centered approach has been the cornerstone of her professional philosophy throughout her career.
Outside the dental office, Dr. Dosh enjoys tending to her flower garden and delighting in the colorful blooms outside her kitchen windows. While she collects many recipes, she admits to cooking only a select few. A unique fact about Dr. Dosh is that she simultaneously took ballroom dancing and golf lessons while working with a personal trainer and lifting weights. A fascinating historical connection? Dr. Dosh had the unusual opportunity to hold one of George Washington's dentures, gaining firsthand understanding of the dental challenges faced by the first president.
10/10 Seriously. I hadn't been to the dentist in a long while. The staff are soooo friendly and everyone is extremely nice. No tsking, no lectures, no judgement. Dr Fogel's cheerful, upbeat demeanor put me at ease. And I left smiling. Is it weird to look forward to going to the dentist office? These people rock!
