Whenever possible (or at your request), we will try to schedule your family’s dental appointments back-to-back. This way, you don’t have to take too much time away from work or responsibilities. Seeing your family members on the same day also decreases your driving time!
We are open until 5:00 pm three days a week, making it easier to see the dentist after school hours.
Is This Your Family’s First Dental Visit?
If it’s your family’s first time at our dental practice, be sure to bring:
- Your Dental Insurance Cards
- Identification
- Any Copays
- Completed Paperwork (You can fill out our patient forms online)
- Current Information or X-Rays (when available)
The dentist or a dental team member will take a health history, including a list of current medications. We’ll also set aside plenty of time to answer any questions you might have.
